Two journeys, five steps each
A shipment involves two people who do not know each other. Here is what each of them does, in order, and when the money moves.
01
You describe the parcel
Departure city, arrival city, weight, contents, photos. You declare a value, capped at €500: that is the reference amount used if a dispute has to be examined.
02
You choose a traveller
The app shows who is flying your corridor, on what date, with how many kilos free and at what price per kilo. You see their verified identity and their ratings, if they already have any. When you book, your payment method is registered: it will be charged only once delivery is confirmed.
03
You hand over the parcel
You agree a meeting point in the app. The traveller opens the parcel in front of you, scans the QR code, takes a photo. The timestamp is recorded: that is your proof of handover.
04
You follow the scans
Boarding, then arrival. Each scan sends a notification to you and to the person waiting for the parcel. A shareable tracking link lets them watch without installing the app.
05
Delivery releases the payment
The recipient receives the parcel in person, the final scan is validated, a hand-over photo is taken. That event, and nothing else, triggers the charge and the payout to the traveller.
The rest happens in the app
Posting a parcel, comparing travellers, scanning, tracking, paying: it is all in there. This site exists only to explain how it works before you download it.
