The steps of a shipment
Step 1
Find a trip, or post your request
On the map or in the list, filter by date, price, kilos or rating. No traveller on your dates? Post a shipping request, choose "I'm open to offers" or "I set my price", and let travellers come to you.
Step 2
Choose someone verified
Every traveller has verified their identity. You can see their rating, their deliveries, their checks and what they agree to carry.
Step 3
Negotiate the price
Take the listed price, or suggest your own. Offer, counter-offer: the conversation stays in the app until you reach a deal.

Step 4
Pay, and the money is held
Card, mobile money or Yadony wallet. The amount is held until delivery: the traveller only gets paid once your loved one has the parcel.

Hand over the parcel in person
The traveller checks the contents in front of you, scans the parcel's QR code and takes a photo. You receive the pickup code to pass on to the recipient.

Track it in real time
Handed over, in the air, arrived: every step is time-stamped. Share the tracking link and your loved one can follow along without installing the app.
Step 7
Delivery against the code
Your loved one gives their 6-digit code to the traveller. Delivery is confirmed, the payment is released, and you rate the traveller.

Frequently asked questions
I can't find a traveller on my dates. What should I do?
Post a shipping request: route, weight, photos and budget. Travellers flying your route see it and make you an offer. You can also set an alert on your route to hear as soon as a traveller posts a trip.
Can I negotiate the price?
Yes, if the traveller accepts price offers. You suggest an amount, and they can accept, decline or make a counter-offer. Some travellers show a fixed price: you either take it or choose someone else.
How do I pay, and when does the traveller get paid?
By card, mobile money (Wave, Orange Money, MTN, Moov) or Yadony wallet. The amount is held until delivery and is only paid out to the traveller after the handover against the code. Cash is possible if the traveller accepts it, but without the held payment.
Does my recipient need to install the app?
No. They track the parcel on a web page, with no account. On handover day, they give the traveller the 6-digit code you passed on to them.
