Send a parcel from Paris to Dakar
Paris–Dakar is Yadony's most active corridor: the Senegalese community of the Paris region sends parcels to Dakar every week, and travellers fly the route in both directions all year round.
How it works
Publish your parcel in the app with its weight, description and photo. Verified travellers flying from Paris to Dakar see your request and offer their price per kilo. You choose, hand the parcel over in person in the Paris region, and your relative collects it in Dakar from the traveller.
What it costs
The price per kilo is set freely by each traveller according to their flight and baggage allowance. You compare listings before choosing. A service commission (currently 5%, always shown before payment) is deducted from the transaction.
How long it takes
A direct Paris–Dakar flight takes about 5.5 hours. Your parcel arrives on the day of the traveller's flight: from handover, you know the exact date, and the pick-up in Dakar is arranged in the days after landing.
Tracking and safety
The traveller's identity is verified before their first parcel, payment is held by Stripe until the recipient confirms delivery, and four QR scans run from handover in Paris to delivery in Dakar. Your relative follows the parcel from a simple web page, no account needed.
