The length of the flight, plus the time it takes to agree a meeting with the recipient. You see the traveller's departure and arrival dates before you book: you are the one choosing the trip that suits you. We do not advertise a standard delivery time, because there is no delivery round behind it: there is a flight, taken by a real person.

The traveller sets their price per kilo based on their trip and what they agree to carry. A service fee is added on top, always shown before you pay. For a 5 kg parcel with a traveller at 8 euros per kilo, the traveller receives 40 euros and you pay 40 euros plus the fee.

Drugs and narcotics, weapons, explosives and hazardous materials, counterfeits or goods prohibited by customs, live animals, official documents (passports, identity cards, residence permits), and any item prohibited by the law of the departure, destination or transit country. Before confirming a shipment you electronically sign a warning about prohibited goods and your customs liability; the traveller reviews your full declaration and can refuse a non-compliant parcel at handover.

By card, your payment is authorised when you send your request and charged when the traveller accepts it. The money then stays held on the platform: the traveller only receives it once delivery is confirmed with the 6-digit code, which you pass on to the recipient yourself. If the traveller declines or the shipment is cancelled before handover, you get a full refund, fee included. With cash, you pay the traveller directly.

Report it from the app: a dispute can be opened within 15 days of the planned date. While it is being reviewed, the payout to the traveller stays on hold. The team reviews the scans, photos and in-app messages and rules within 72 business hours. Yadony may refund all or part of the shipment, up to a cap and under the conditions shown in the app.

Their full asking price. The service fee is paid by the sender, on top of the traveller's price. Nothing is paid out before delivery is confirmed, and the bank transfer then follows your bank's usual timing.

The traveller declares what they are carrying. In the app, every parcel comes with a description and the photos taken at handover, which they can show. Any duties and taxes remain payable by the sender. That is also the reason for the list of prohibited items: a parcel held up at customs holds up the person carrying it.

You freely pick the departure and arrival cities, in France, Europe, Africa or elsewhere. The most frequent trips link Paris, Lyon and Marseille with Abidjan, Dakar, Bamako and Douala, in both directions.
