Third scan on landing, as soon as the traveller has collected their luggage. The tracking page, which can be shared as a link, switches to “arrived” for everyone at the same moment.

Final scan, photo of the hand-delivery. The payment is released to the traveller at that point.

For travellers
Your suitcase has room to spare. It can pay for part of the trip.
You are flying to Abidjan and you will use only half of your baggage allowance. Ten kilos free, at €12 a kilo, comes to €120 on a flight you were taking anyway. You set your price, you choose what you agree to carry, and you are paid within 24 hours of confirmed delivery, with the service commission (currently 5%) simply deducted.

How long does a parcel take to arrive?
The length of the flight, plus the time it takes to agree a meeting with the recipient. You see the traveller's departure and arrival dates before you book: you are the one choosing the trip that suits you. We do not advertise a standard delivery time, because there is no delivery round behind it: there is a flight, taken by a real person.
How much does it cost to send something?
The traveller sets their price per kilo according to their route and what they agree to carry. A service commission — 5% as of today, always shown before you pay — is deducted from the transaction. For a 5 kg parcel with a traveller at €12/kg: you pay €60, the commission is €3, the traveller receives €57.
What am I not allowed to send?
Drugs and narcotics, weapons, explosives and hazardous materials, counterfeits or goods prohibited by customs, live animals, official documents (passports, identity cards, residence permits), and any item prohibited by the law of the departure, destination or transit country. Before confirming a shipment you electronically sign a warning about prohibited goods and your customs liability; the traveller reviews your full declaration and can refuse a non-compliant parcel at handover.
When am I charged?
You pay when the traveller accepts your parcel, and the money is immediately held by Stripe: no one can touch it before delivery. The recipient confirms receipt with a 6-digit code received by SMS, and the traveller is paid within the following 24 hours. If a cancellation happens before handover, you are refunded in full, commission included.
What if the parcel never arrives?
You have 48 hours after the planned delivery to report a problem from the application. The payout to the traveller stays suspended during the investigation: the team reviews the scans, photos and messages, notifies the traveller within 24 hours and issues a decision within 72 hours at most. In the event of proven loss or damage, a refund is possible within the limit of the declared value, and the traveller's liability is engaged up to that value.
How much does a traveller earn?
The price they advertised, minus the service commission (5% as of today), deducted automatically from the transaction. For an advertised €60, the traveller receives €57 — and nothing is paid out before delivery is confirmed.
What happens if there is a customs check?
The traveller declares what they are carrying. In the app, every parcel comes with a description and the photos taken at handover, which they can show. Any duties and taxes remain payable by the sender. That is also the reason for the list of prohibited items: a parcel held up at customs holds up the person carrying it.
Which cities are covered?
Departing from Paris, Lyon and Marseille, to Dakar, Abidjan, Bamako and Douala. These are the corridors with enough flights and enough people for the service to hold up from day one. Others will follow. We would rather open a city when it works than show a map full of destinations with no travellers on them.
