Send a parcel from Paris to Douala
For the Cameroonian diaspora, Paris–Douala is the most direct path: a verified traveller on that flight carries your parcel and your family collects it in person, proof of delivery included.
How it works
Publish the parcel in the app: weight, contents, photos, the recipient's details in Douala. A verified traveller accepts it, you hand it over in the Paris region, and you follow the scans through to final delivery, photo included.
What it costs
The price depends on the traveller and their baggage allowance: each one advertises a per-kilo rate and you choose. The service commission is deducted from the transaction and always shown before you pay.
How long it takes
About 6.5 hours of direct flight Paris–Douala. The arrival date is the traveller's flight date, known before booking, so you can tell your family the exact day from the start.
Tracking and safety
Identities verified with Didit, card payment held until the recipient's confirmation code, every step tracked from Paris to Douala. The recipient follows everything from a web page, no account needed.
Frequently asked questions about this corridor
Can I send a parcel to Yaoundé instead of Douala?
The corridor serves Douala, where the traveller lands. Final delivery happens at the appointment agreed between the traveller and your recipient; if your relative is in Yaoundé, they can arrange a meeting point with the traveller, but the reference delivery city remains Douala.
What happens if the parcel is lost?
Open a dispute from the app within 15 days of the planned date. The payout to the traveller is suspended, the team reviews the evidence, and Yadony may refund the shipment, up to a cap and under the conditions shown in the app.
How do I know where my parcel is?
The traveller scans the parcel at handover, may add a transit scan, marks their arrival, and delivery is then validated with the recipient's code. Each step is time-stamped and geolocated, and you and the recipient see the same tracking page in real time.
